Getting started

How do I book?

Call 416-628-4232 during clinic hours or send a request online. We'll call you back to talk through goals and recommend the right program.

Can I book online?

Yes. You can book and pay for an initial consultation, an HBOT session (pay online or in person), a physiotherapy session or a TheraSuit session on our online booking page.

Which forms do I need for an intensive program?

Every intensive program requires our Health Information Form, plus recent MRIs and/or x-rays related to the diagnosis. Please call us before faxing anything to 1-855-707-5084.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No referral is needed to book a consultation or assessment. We encourage you to keep your physician informed, and some insurance plans require a referral before they reimburse.

What are your hours and where are you?

We're at 525 Markham Road, Unit 4, Scarborough, Ontario M1H 3H7. Treatment runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with each schedule built around the approved treatment plan.

Do you work with adults as well as children?

Yes. Most of our suit therapy families have young children, but we also see teens and adults — for example after a brain injury or stroke — and HBOT is used by all ages.

Intensive Suit Therapy

What does an Intensive Suit Therapy program involve?

Three to four hours of therapy a day, five days a week, for three to four consecutive weeks. Each day includes a warm-up with hot packs and deep-pressure massage, fitting the suit, strengthening in the Universal Exercise Unit, functional movement practice and a cool-down. Learn more about suit therapy.

When will we see results?

Many families notice changes within the first one to two weeks, and most can describe clear progress by the end of the third week. Every person is different, so we set realistic goals at the assessment.

Is suit therapy safe?

Delivered by trained therapists after a proper assessment, it's a well-established approach. We screen for conditions that need medical clearance or a modified plan, such as hip subluxation, uncontrolled seizures, heart or breathing conditions, or a shunt.

Can we repeat the program?

Yes — many families return for repeat cycles, spaced apart so new skills can consolidate at home.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

How long is an HBOT session?

Typically 60 to 90 minutes at pressure, plus a few minutes to pressurize and depressurize.

How many HBOT sessions will I need?

Some people notice early changes, often in sleep, after about 10 sessions. More evident results are commonly discussed after 40 to 60 treatments, depending on the condition. Learn more about HBOT.

What are the side effects of HBOT?

Mainly ear pressure, which you clear by swallowing or yawning. There's a very small risk of seizure, reduced with lower pressures and shorter sessions, and HBOT can cause temporary near-sightedness. We screen everyone first.

Is HBOT approved for neurological conditions?

Health Canada recognizes 13 conditions for HBOT, such as decompression sickness, carbon-monoxide poisoning and problem wounds. Neurological conditions aren't on that list, so we offer HBOT for them as a complementary therapy and encourage you to involve your physician.

HBOT chamber rental

What's included in a chamber rental?

A Revivo soft-shell chamber, air compressor and — where your protocol calls for it — an oxygen concentrator and mask, plus delivery, installation, in-home training, phone support and pickup. See rental details.

Where do you deliver?

Across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. If you're outside the GTA, ask us and we'll do our best to help.

Can I try HBOT before renting?

Yes — book a supervised session at our clinic from $79 to see how you feel in the chamber first.

Costs & insurance

How much does treatment cost?

Consultations are free. Suit therapy: $100 intake assessment and $122 per therapy hour. HBOT: from $79 per session, with packages. Chamber rental: quoted by term.

Is it covered by insurance?

A significant portion of suit therapy is often claimable under extended health or private plans because it's delivered by registered therapists. HBOT for neurological conditions is usually paid privately, though some plans may reimburse part of it. We provide detailed receipts.

Do you offer packages?

Yes — HBOT session packages lower the cost per session, and our combined Suit Therapy + HBOT package coordinates both programs under one plan.
